Sequel to Sleeping Dogs announced
United Front Games has announced it’s working on a new game in the Sleeping Dogs universe. Called Triad Wars, publisher Square Enix trademarked the name recently – and the 1001-Up.com team are very excited about this.
Square Enix picked up open-world crime game Sleeping Dogs after Activision dropped it from its publishing portfolio. It was published in 2012 for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and went on to sell 1.75 million copies. But like other games released by the publisher last year, it failed to meet the high expectations; they had been hoping for between 2 and 2.5 million sales.
